An intensive program covering How to Prepare to Negotiate and How to Negotiate, followed by How to Measure Success.

NegotiationWise’s "Changing the Influencer’s Mind" program will show you how to approach problem solving collaboratively, with all negotiating partners, through a Wise conversation.
Create an environment that builds options and address the needs of the parties. Learn how to prepare for the actual negotiation and know if the deal you achieve is the best outcome.

Learn practical skills in a program based on real commercial experience. These training programs aim to help build the necessary skills with more practical exercises, rather than theory.

After completing the program, participants will be able to immediately hit the ground running and use their newly acquired negotiation process and tools in commercial dealings. Achieve a negotiated outcome that is favourable, rather than one that is merely acceptable. Influence the other party’s mind and engage in collaborative discussion.
